We like to keep things pretty casual around here, so grab your matcha latte, pop a squat, and let me introduce myself.


Welcome, wellness friend. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a total nerd for all things wellness. 

I first got into health and wellness for one reason: my own mental health. My whole life has been a journey into figuring out how I can support my own mental health, relieve my anxiety, and be the best version of myself possible.

I pursued an education in Psychology and contemplated pursuing it professionally. It was around this time I also started living a healthy lifestyle, and I realized how profoundly eating well and moving my body impacted my mental health.

The power of a healthy lifestyle goes so far beyond aesthetics. My mood good better and more stable, I had a ton more energy, and my panic attacks became less and less frequent. I couldn’t wait to dive in and learn more, so I became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant.

I love teaching people about the power of food, and sharing information about how what you eat can effect both your body and your brain – because strong bodies = strong minds!

Standing Strong Wellness is a place where I can empower you with knowledge, share my experiences, and most importantly express my passion for living fully well. It is my promise to you to keep experiencing, learning, researching, cooking, and creating, all so I can share it with you.

My vision is one of positivity, vulnerability, and openness. I believe in creating a safe place where people feel comfortable talking about their struggles, while also retaining the kind of hope and optimism necessary to overcome them.
