Make it Happen Monday 

One thing I’m all about is living with purpose – having a WHY is so important. 

Having a WHY gives you a reason to get up every morning. Having a WHY helps you keep going when everything is going to shit. Having a WHY gives your life meaning. 

Today I hold onto my why as I move forward: I want to help people, and change the way people view and talk about mental health.

  1. I agree with your why. I think as well, why to me is about making the most of things, and hopefully making mine and other people’s lives, that little bit happier. 🙂
