Make it Happen Monday

Hey Strong Babes!

So happy to see you!

This is a really exciting Monday for me. My sister and I have decided to kick it old school and have a sleepover tonight. I’m pretty jazzed about it!

But before all that fun stuff happens, I’ve got to get down to business.

Here’s what’s up today:

Goals take a long (loooooooooong) time to accomplish sometimes! I’m talking years here, really! And along the way, it’s easy to become complacent. It’s easy to take a day off – of course, it’s fine. But never let a week, or a month, or god forbid a year pass you by!

Focus on your goal – focus on the end result. Stay motivated – know what you’re working towards, and remember : you got this.
