What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

Let’s not play around – most of us wake up, open our phones, and check social media.

How do you guys feel about starting your day that way? Do you wish you woke up slower? Does it make you feel pressure? Guilt? Motivation?

Have you had a second to reflect on any of that?

Social media affects us more than we realize. We all know it’s changed us – but how deep does it go?

It’s not your typical RAH RAH let’s go get it Monday media – but I think it’s really important, so I encourage you all to give it a watch and keep the information in mind this week!
