There is this woman who frequents my place of work, and I just adore her. She gives off a bright light and an energy rarely seen, and if I had to describe her in one word I would say: Free.
So it came to no surprise to me when she mentioned to me on Friday that she would be taking off in a few weeks to a remote location in Hawaii for a run. You see, she had heard about this amazing run on this remote island the night before, and she was so drawn to it that within hours it was booked.
Isn’t that awesome? I admire her spontaneity and desire for adventure. It made me realize that vacations are so amazing to look forward to.
It also made me reflect on last weeks “Make it Happen Monday”. Living with purpose and having a “Why” is so important – but so are short term goals. Having something to look forward to is a great push.

Wow I’ve never seen photos of Montreal before and so I never knew it was so beautiful! I will be visiting Canada for the first time soon because I just moved to North Dakota so it’s really close :)) it’s so great that we can be inspired by people and

The way they do things differently. I never would impulse but a Hawaii trip but I can appreciate the value in doing it :))
